How do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help you.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date in which you received it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange if past 30 days from purchase.

All items returned are required to have a receipt or a proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to manufacturer.

Returns are eligible only if your items have been unused and in same condition that you received it. In addition, returned item(s) must be in original packaging.

Non-Returnable items include:
Pre-built coils
Gift Cards

REFUNDS (If Applicable)
Once we receive your returned item, we will email you that it's been received, and we will inspect it. After inspection, we will contact you immediately on the status of your refund. This will inform you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed in a certain amount of days, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you have not received your refund, double check with your bank, your credit card company, and contact your bank. Processing time often takes a few days before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

EXCHANGES (If Applicable)
We only exchange damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Orders placed before 6:00PM EST will be shipped next business day via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Orders made after 6PM EST will be shipped on the following business day. For instance, if a customer places an order on Thursday evening at 5:00PM EST, their order will be shipped Friday morning. If a customer places an order on Friday evening at 6:30PM EST, their order will be shipped Monday morning (the following business day).

Tracking numbers will be sent to purchaser's registered email address. Once a package is passed onto the Postal Service it is no longer under the control of MTerk LLC.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
